Term and Conditions
By using TreazureMarket, you agree to our “Smart Shopping” terms designed to protect both your purchase experience and our global sourcing network. When you place an order, your contractual relationship is strictly with TreazureMarket; we act as your single point of contact and handle the backend fulfillment with our international suppliers. Because we source products dynamically to bring you the best deals, prices may fluctuate based on global currency, market rates, and supplier adjustments. In the rare event of a clear technical pricing glitch, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue an immediate refund. While we act as a strict quality filter to protect you from substandard products, legal product manufacturing liability rests with the original global supplier. Any disputes arising from your transaction will be resolved efficiently through standard e-commerce arbitration or regional courts. Continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of these operational guidelines, ensuring a transparent and fair marketplace for everyone.
TreazureMarket Wallet & Store Credit Agreement
By completing a transaction on TreazureMarket, you explicitly acknowledge and accept our unified refund and store credit infrastructure. This agreement outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding issued credit balances:Strict Store Credit Policy: To maintain our “Smart Shopping” model and eliminate expensive cash-handling administrative fees, TreazureMarket does not offer cash or direct bank card refunds. All approved product returns, order cancellations, and Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are issued strictly as Store Credit credited directly to your secure digital TreazureMarket Wallet.Non-Transferability and Non-Convertibility: Store Credit balances are tied uniquely to your specific verified TreazureMarket user account. Under no circumstances can Store Credit be withdrawn as cash, transferred to a personal bank account, moved to a credit card, or transferred to another user’s account.Usage and Automation: Your Store Credit will automatically be available as a payment option during your next checkout sequence. Store Credit can be used to cover the full or partial cost of any product, applicable shipping fees, or regional taxes across the entire TreazureMarket digital catalog.Expiration Timelines: To prevent abandoned account liability, issued Store Credit remains valid for exactly 12 months from the date of original issuance. Any unused balance remaining after this 12-month period will automatically expire and be permanently forfeited from the wallet ledger.Account Termination Clause: If you choose to permanently delete or close your TreazureMarket account, any outstanding or unused Store Credit balances remaining in your digital wallet will be automatically voided and cannot be claimed retroactively.
